#5 Nathan Lyon

Nathan Lyon – one of the few bowlers with a wicket off their very first ball in Test cricket was originally a pitch curator in South Australia. But now he is Austalia’s first choice spinner with the red ball. Unlike Warne, Lyon is not known for spinning the ball miles but still has managed to bowl quite a few match winning spells for Australia.

But here is a case when Lyon raised quite a few eyebrows with the turn on his delivery. The pitch for the 3rd Ashes test in 2013/14 at the WACA was cracking up. The cracks were so wide that a guy even placed his iPhone in one of those cracks. Lyon pitched the ball right over one of those cracks and the ball which Brad Haddin was supposed to collect outside off stump was collected by David Warner at leg slip. Can’t believe?? Watch it here.
