7 Bowlers who defended 6 runs or less in Final Over of ODI
#3 Charl Lengeveldt vs West Indies (4 runs)
Probably the only bowler to take a hat-trick in the final over of an ODI. Saving 4 runs in the final over, Lengeveldt started the over by conceding 2 singles off the first 2 balls. A victory looked certain for West Indies but Lengeveldt had another plans. He took 3 wickets in balls clearing up West Indies tail, won the match and the ODI series for South Africa and took his first international hat-trick. Dwayne Bravo was left watching his team’s fallen fate on the other end.
