Yesterday Kiwi All rounder Corey Anderson hit fastest ODI century who made him in headline but Boom Boom become the talk of the town on social media as his fans are discussing cite International Cricket Council’s (ICC) One Day International’s (ODI) rule article 2, in which ICC mentioned in an ODI a team must be bowled minimum 25 over, Boom Boom’s follower were hoping their hero still ruled on fastest ODI 100 tone, in which match Corey Anderson scored fastest century on 36 balls it was 21 over match.

But ICC clear the position and declared that match as an ODI according to ICC’s Media and Communications Manager Sami Ul Hassan replied in a mail, it was 13 year old ODI playing conditions, according to the existing ICC playing conditions, 20 overs constitute a match.

This rule is mentioned in ICC ODI playing conditions’ article 12.4.2(b)(iii)) To constitute a match, a minimum of 20 overs have to be bowled to the team batting second subject to a result not being achieved earlier.

After ICC stance now it’s clear that Corey Anderson is the fastest century maker in ODI cricket
