It was the 4th day of the test match between Pakistan & England, Umpire Hair  blamed that Pakistani Cricket team  did ball tampering, England were awarded 5 runs as a penalty. The Pakistani captain  refused to come out and take the field after the tea. The Pakistanis returned half an hour later and were ready to play again  but the umpires stood by their decision and awarded the match to England.After Post-match investigations revealed nothing had been done on the ground. Later umpire Hair was banned by the ICC.
