History will be made in Australia next month after CA today confirmed Allan Border Field is a sell-out for the Women’s Ashes ODI for 22 October Match.
The match between Australia and England women team has sold out and still three weeks remaining before the clash,This happend first time in Australia that all tickets have been sold to women’s cricket in Australia.
CA CEO Sutherland was incredibly pleased with how the fans in have responded.
This is the first time that Allan border Field will host the Women’s Ashes, Sutherland said.
The interest in women’s sport is increasing day by day and we can see results of this.
“We have high expectations and ambitions for this series and we are very pleased to host this historic series ,”further he said.
